Refund policy

All sales are final and not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns. The only exception to this is if you receive a damaged product. 

If you received a package that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. You will be requested to send photos of the damaged product and packaging. We require this in order to open a claim with the shipping company. We will work with you to resolve your damaged product by either shipping replacements, or offering compensation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
