BUY-IN INFORMATION AND FAQ

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE

BUYING ANYTHING IN A BUY-IN!

  • Buy-Ins are offered when particular items are not a regular stocked item. Extra quantities are generally not purchased. 
  • All sales are FINAL. Refer to sizing with clothing and other dimensions for other items. No returns or exchanges. 
  • Buy-Ins require full payment upfront, unless otherwise stated. 
  • Buy-Ins typically take 6-8 weeks to arrive to us. There are sometimes delays in production or customs which are out of our control. The 6-8 week time frame is an estimate only. Please do not purchase an item if you require it within this time frame, as we cannot guarantee the delivery by a certain date. 
  • Any prepayments or deposits are nonrefundable. 
  • No refunds will be given for delayed orders. Again, please ensure you have not taken any preorders from your customers or guaranteed them a timeframe based on the buy-in estimates. 

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When will my order ship to me? 

A: Once the bulk order is received, orders will be put together and be available for local pick-up, or be shipped within 2 business days. The timing depends on volume of orders. 

 

Q: I purchased the wrong size/color, may I change my order? 

A: If the buy-in is still live (meaning you can still make purchases) - YES. Please contact Kate via Facebook or the "contact" form on the website to notify us what needs to be changed. Please include your order number. If the buy-in has closed, no changes can be made. 

 

Q: Will I be notified when my order is ready? 

A: Yes, you will receive an update on the status of your order via email. Please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes these tend to be filtered by most inboxes. Also, please join our Facebook group to stay up to date on shipments and ETAs. 

 

Q: I selected local pickup but would like the order shipped. Can this be changed now? 

A: Yes, please contact us to arrange for shipment and payment of shipping. 

 

Q: Can I pay cash upon pickup rather than sending money now? 

A: No. All Buy-Ins require payment upfront as they are not regularly stocked items and are being produced specifically for you. 

 

Q: The description says V-Neck, but the photos are of an O-Neck shirt - which is it? 

A: The photos of the t-shirts are to give perspective of the colors, and not necessarily the product being offered. please refer to the item description for product details. 

 

Q: The color/style I want isn't available. Will it become available later in this buy-in? 

A: No. some of the products are only available in certain colors. Furthermore, schedules of buy-ins are based on the production/manufacturing specifications. Not every product can be manufactured in each other. 

 

Q: There was a sale on some items, but I missed out. Can I still get the discount? 

A: Unfortunately, sales are sometimes Flash Sales on certain items and available for a limited time. To be sure not to miss out on these sales, join our Facebook group and turn on notifications.
