Here’s what we offer:
- Flat-rate* no hidden fee shipping rates.
- Delivery with tracking and insurance
- Same day (if placed before 12:00pm EST) or next day shipping during business days.
*while we strive to always offer the advertised flat rate for shipping, there are instances where this isn't possible. This includes rural addresses where our couriers do not service. (Canada Post is actually more expensive) And in instances where the value of the goods is less than the shipping cost, we will notify you to provide you with options. In almost every single order, we pay $2-$7 from our "profit" to pay for shipping. If the cost exceeds $7 - that is our threshold and will contact you to discuss options.
