Q. When will my order be ready for pick up? 

A: Most orders are ready for pickup by the following business day. If you are in need of your items sooner than that, we recommend contacting us so we can see if the fulfillment can be rushed. 

 

Q: How much is shipping? 

A: We offer a flat rate shipping fee based on your province, territory, or country. We offer a 50% discount on said rates for orders over $250.

Q: I'm looking for an item from the Facebook group, but I cannot find it. Where are they? 

A: Items are often posted in the Facebook group to gauge interest and quantity to purchase, if any.  These procurement steps often take weeks to sort through, and will not be available on the website for purchase, until we know we can fulfill the order. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

A: All sales are final. The only exception to this is if your product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Wrong size, change of mind, or misunderstanding the product are not eligible for returns. 

 

Q: I received damaged items in the mail. What can I do? 

A: If you receive any damaged product from your shipment, please contact us. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, AND TAKE PHOTOS OF HOW THE ITEMS ARRIVED TO YOU! These will be required to obtain a refund. 

 

Q. What time and or temperature is recommended for my item? 

A: Please refer to our pressing instructions for further details. Remember, these instructions are guidelines only and will not be the same for everyone. Heat press temperature, paper, and ink are all variable that will affect the final product. 

 

Q. Why are certain items local pick up only? I would pay to have them shipped to me! 

A.  Overtime, we've come to realize there just isn't enough bubble wrap to protect certain items such as ceramic and glass.  Other items are excluded because of their weight and oversize courier dimensions. We are happy to provide an estimate to have these items shipped to you, but they do not qualify for Flat Rate shipping, or discounted shipping over $250 spent.
